The battery in your new camera may be low out-of-the-box. Please charge it for about 1 hour before the first use. This camera only support 2.4G WiFi.
If you have a 5G router, please turn on its 2.4G broadcast for this camera to connect.
IR lights for night vision need to be turned on manually via settings. The default duration is 90 minutes.
Only letters and numbers are allowed in WiFi SSID and password.
Symbols and non-English characters are not supported.
Camera’s AP will disappear once it is configured to connect to a WiFi network.
